Our annual passive fire protection maintenance service ensures your managed blocks and buildings’ communal fire doors and compartments are kept up to standards and regulations in line with current fire safety legislation.

Our passive fire protection services include:

• One-off or regular (by law) communal fire door and compartment inspection surveys
• Communal fire door maintenance, installations and upgrades
• Passive fire protection to riser cupboards and service cupboards
• We can also install, test and maintain communal emergency lighting systems.
